1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between Roxanne Harry Holistic Therapist (“the Therapist”, “I”, “me”) and the client (“you”).
By booking or attending a treatment, you agree to these Terms.

 

2. Services

I provide holistic therapy services such as Reiki, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Holistic Facial Massage.
All treatments are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for professional medical care.
You should consult your GP or healthcare provider for any medical concerns or ongoing conditions.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete health information before your first session.

  • Please inform me of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances before each appointment.

  • If you are under medical supervision, it is your responsibility to obtain your GP’s or specialist’s consent before receiving treatment.

  • Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

 

4. Booking and Payment

  • Appointments can be booked via Email, Website, Phone.

  • Payment is due at the appointment.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, card, bank transfer.

 

5. Cancellations and Late Arrivals

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge of 50% of the session fee.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time; the full fee will still apply.

  • Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.

 

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

All personal and health information provided will be kept strictly confidential and stored in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.
Information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

7. Professional Conduct

  • I am insured and hold relevant qualifications in all therapies offered.

  • I adhere to the professional codes of conduct of The Complementary Therapists Association (CThA).

  • I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if:

    • You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

    • You behave inappropriately or disrespectfully.

    • It is deemed unsafe or unsuitable to continue treatment.

 

8. Health and Safety

Please arrive clean and in good hygiene.
I maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow all current health and safety regulations and infection control protocols.

 

9. Liability

While all care is taken during treatments, I accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your failure to disclose relevant health information, or for any condition that may occur after treatment unless caused by negligence on my part.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

10. Complaints Procedure

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please contact me directly in the first instance.
If the issue cannot be resolved informally, you may contact my professional association CThA for guidance on making a formal complaint.

 

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically.
The latest version will always be available on my website or provided upon request.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

Acceptance

By booking or attending a treatment with Roxanne Harry Holistic Therapist, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
